What I built
An 11-risk enterprise register covering technology, operational processes, vendors, and AI-enabled services. The workbook connects probability and impact to response rationale and business consequences.
Why it matters
Different teams see different parts of the same exposure. A consistent register makes those concerns comparable without stripping away the context leadership needs to act.

The work includes cause–event–impact statements, probability × impact scoring, treatment planning, and an executive dashboard. Fourth-party dependencies and unreviewed AI/SaaS use remain visible alongside infrastructure and incident-readiness concerns.
